Hello! My name is Toby

My journey with Reiki began in 2019 when I attended a sound and energy healing event with a Reiki Master Teacher. I walked through the door a complete skeptic and left with a burning desire to learn more about what I had just experienced. Within a year, I completed training in levels I and II of the Usui Reiki Tradition, and in 2023 I completed the Master's level training in Holy Fire® III.

All of my training was completed with an ICRT certified Reiki Master Teacher.

I am a transmasculine person and committed to offering safe and affirming energy healing for people of all identities.

My Practice

My practice is based mostly in tantric Tibetan Buddhist traditions, although I love learning about different spiritual practices from around the world and often find inspiration in Christian Mystic, Sufi, and Yogic traditions. I am particularly interested in Bhakti and Karma Yoga, and I also practice Hatha Yoga regularly.

Buddhism has been a part of my life since I was a child, and as an adult I have found much joy in going deeper with these practices and finding connection to Spirit through all things. I am a heart-centered person exploring the divine both inwardly and in the outwardly manifest world.
