Refund Policy

Customers reserve the right to cancel their appointments and request a refund for any reason after purchasing a service from Key Nine Reiki LLC. Full refunds must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled or exchanged for credit at the client's request. Clients who are not satisfied with the service received can request a refund within 24 hours of their scheduled session ending. 

If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to toby@key9reiki.com with the word "REFUND" somewhere in the subject line. Please include your full name as well as the date and time of your appointment. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving a request, unless there is a technical issue or more information is needed to complete the request. If a refund is expected to take longer than 24 hours, the customer will be notified via email.
